The istameter mbus is a mechanical water meter whose modular structure forms the basis for integration into the symphonic mbus system.
Both cold and warm water meters can be upgraded with a radio module at any time without great efforts. The istameter mbus is a multi-jet impeller wheel meter with magnetic coupling and a roller-type counter. The multi-jet principle ensures an even load on the bearing.
All istameter mbus have a sensor disk in the shape of a reflecting segment located on the calculator of the water meter. The electronic recording method of the sensor disk (optical or capacitive) ensures undelayed and exact measuring in the long run.

Transmission from the meter to the M-bus module takes place electronically and reaction-less together with backflow detection.
Programming and readout is also possible via the integrated optical interface with the M-bus module besides data transmission via M-bus.

sensonic® II mbus
sensonic II mbus is a heat meter tailor-made for measuring heat consumption in dwellings.The sensonic II calculator mbus can be combined with contact water meters for use with larger flow rates up to 250m3/h. The compact device is available for flow rates of 0.6/1.5 and 2.5 m3/h.
pulsonic® II mbus
Since it is equipped with an M-Bus interface, the pulsonic II mbus permits the integration of conventional equipment with contact outputs. In addition to the possibility of combining it with M-Bus, it has a much wider range of application.
The pulsonic II mbus is simply connected to a meter with a contact output; it stores the measured values and transfers the data to the level converter. The connection can be via an SO interface to DIN 43864. So it is also possible to integrate equipment which has already been installed in the M-Bus system. Such equipment can be conventional ista meters but also equipment of other companies, such as gas, oil and electricity meters.
Level Converter LC 250
The system pulses have to be converted into corresponding data so that all the devices integrated in the M-bus network can be read conveniently and clearly by a PC or laptop. This is where the level converter LC 250 comes in.
The bus switcher permits the reading of up to 2000 meters via a level converter, as well as remote meter-reading via a modem. A maximum of 250 meters can be integrated in a conventional M-Bus system.
The connect box can be used as an alternative to the level converter LC 250 for mobile reading. The combination of an earthed socket outlet and the three-pole, in-line connect box is for supplying power and connecting a mobile level converter to the existing M-Bus network in the building. Thus the advantages of central meter-reading via M-Bus can be used without installing a level converter.
Software M-Bus VIEW
The clearly structured software M-bus VIEW is used for reading and data management of M-bus systems on a PC or laptop.
All properties and device-specific values can be managed without any problems. All consumption data can be presented on html pages suitable for the Internet. The M-bus VIEW software can be operated in various languages.
